Locharbriggs quarry is situated off the A701 just north of the village of Locharbriggs. This dimensional stone quarry is large quarry that dates to the 1700’s, the quarry has been worked continuously from 1890.
Locharbriggs should be suitable for most aspects of construction including flooring, paving and load bearing masonry.
There are good reserves of stone available.
