Copp Crag Sandstone

Copp Crag

Copp Crag is quarried near Otterburn in Northumberland, it is a very distinctive sandstone.

Copp Crag character can vary in shades of rusty buff to swirls of brown and occasional pink markings, this stone is certainly unique and individual.

Copp Crag has been used in many projects including The Rutland Building and Glasgow Medical School.
